⛰ Shipping
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is $4.95. Orders over $50 ship free — no code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout.
How long does it take to get my order? Every item is made to order. Here's the typical timeline:
- Production: 2–5 business days (your item is printed after you order it — no warehouse, no mass production)
Total estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from order date. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside the US? We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or international addresses at this time.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package through its carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or OnTrac).
🎒 Orders & Production
Where are your products printed and shipped from? All Summit Route Apparel products are printed and shipped in the USA.
Why does it say "made to order"? Summit Route Apparel products are printed on demand — meaning your item is made specifically for you after you place your order. This eliminates waste, keeps designs fresh, and means there's no leftover inventory sitting in a box somewhere. It does mean a short production window before your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order? Orders enter production quickly, so changes or cancellations need to be requested as soon as possible. Email us at support@summitrouteapparel.com right away and we'll do our best to help. Once an order is in production, we cannot make changes.
My order says it shipped but it hasn't moved. What do I do? Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created. If it's been more than 3 business days with no movement, contact us at support@summitrouteapparel.com and we'll look into it.
🔄 Returns & Problems
What is your return policy? Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for size exchanges or change-of-mind orders. Please double-check the size guide before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it at no cost to you. Just send us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
My order arrived damaged or with a printing error. What now? That shouldn't happen, and we'll make it right. Email us at support@summitrouteapparel.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
What if my package says "delivered" but I didn't receive it? Check with neighbors or any alternate delivery spots first. If it's still missing after 3 business days, contact us at support@summitrouteapparel.com. Carrier delivery errors happen and we'll work with you to resolve it.
📐 Sizing
How do I choose the right size? Each product page includes a size guide with chest, length, and sleeve measurements. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and love, then comparing it to the chart. When in doubt between two sizes, go up — most of our tees and hoodies have a relaxed fit.
Do shirts run true to size? Generally yes, but it varies by style. Bella+Canvas tees tend to run slightly slim. Gildan styles typically fit true to size or slightly generous. Always check the product-specific size guide on each item's page.
🧺 Care Instructions
How should I wash my shirt or hoodie? To keep your print looking sharp for the long haul:
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Use mild detergent — avoid bleach or fabric softener
- Tumble dry low, or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the print
- Do not dry clean
Will the print crack or fade? Not if you follow the care instructions. Our items are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology, which bonds the ink directly into the fabric fibers. Washing inside out in cold water and drying on low are the two biggest factors in print longevity.
What about mugs — are they dishwasher safe? Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the print. Top-rack dishwasher use is okay for occasional cleaning, but repeated high-heat cycles can dull the design over time.
